What is it?
Technical diving is generally described as diving beyond
the limits of recreational diving. This description
includes diving deeper than 40m and/or diving long enough
to require decompression stops. Technical diving requires
specialized equipment which is different from the equipment
used by recreational divers
.equipment such as
multiple cylinders, rebreathers, and backups for absolutely
everything. Extremely advanced training is needed for
a diver to enjoy tech diving safely.
Why do it?
As an advanced diver you may want to continue your
education beyond the recreational level. Technical training
expands your knowledge of dive theory including
but not limited to decompression theory, human anatomy,
oxygen, equipment and techniques.
By taking a technical diving course, you are learning
the safest way to fully explore the depths of world
class sites such as Hin Daeng or Koh Haa. Spend longer
underwater and dive to greater depths and when
the course is finished, take away your knowledge and
experience and use them to safely explore the depths
in other oceans, other sites.
Already certified?
We recognize certifications from TDI, IANTD and other
technical diving organizations. We also offer guided
technical dives to Hin Daeng, Hin Muang, Koh Haa and
the King Cruiser Wreck.
